OBD-II එකට අහු නොවෙන සාමාන්‍ය වාහන දෝෂ

 OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostics II) පද්ධතිය වාහනයේ බොහෝ දෝෂ සහ faults සොයා ගැනීමට සහ diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) ලබා ගැනීමට උදව් කරයි. එහෙත්, සමහර වාහන දෝෂ OBD-II scanner එකකට අහු නොවී diagnostic system එක තුළින් සොයා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වේ. එවැනි දෝෂ තවදුරටත් physical inspection හෝ manual diagnosis මඟින් හඳුනා ගත යුතු වේ.

OBD-II එකට අහු නොවෙන සාමාන්‍ය වාහන දෝෂ 

1. Mechanical Issues

   • OBD-II system එකක් විශේෂයෙන් engine, emissions, and electronic systems සම්බන්ධ දෝෂ සඳහා ප්‍රමුඛ වේ. එහෙත්, purely mechanical issues (engine parts, suspension, steering, etc.) හැඳින්වීමේදී, මෙම පද්ධතියට අහු නොවේ.
   • • Transmission slipping without electrical fault
     • Suspension system failures (shocks, springs)
     • Brake pad wear or mechanical brake issues

2. Physical Damage

   • Wiring harness එකේ අත්යවශ්‍ය damage, loose electrical connections, or unplugged sensors හඳුනාගැනීමේදී, ඔබීඩී system එකට ප්‍රතිචාර නොදෙන හැකියාවක් ඇත.
   • Fuel lines හෝ coolant system leaks වැනි physical problems, හෝ cracked hoses, air filters, belts වැනි damage සොයා ගැනීම OBD-II මඟින් නොහැක.

3. Air Conditioning (A/C) System Failures

   • A/C compressor failures, refrigerant leaks, or low refrigerant levels එකක් හඳුනාගැනීම OBD-II මඟින් සෑම විටම සොයාගත නොහැක. OBD-II පද්ධතිය engine-related controls වලට සහ emissions systems වලට විශේෂ සීමාකළ එකක් වන අතර, A/C system එක සඳහා හඳුනා ගැනීම් සෑම විටම නෑ.

4. Steering and Suspension Issues

   • Power steering systems වලට torque sensors, fluid leaks, mechanical parts failure හෝ suspension components (shocks, struts) failures OBD-II එකට අසාමාන්‍ය වේ.

5. Exhaust Leaks

   • OBD-II system එකට exhaust gases emissions සම්බන්ධ faults detect කරද, physical exhaust leaks (like a hole or crack in the exhaust pipe or muffler) හඳුනාගැනීමට OBD-II එක සීමා සහිතයි.

6. Battery-Related Issues

   • Battery deterioration, loose battery terminals, or battery cables-related issues එකක් හඳුනා ගැනීමට OBD-II එකේ direct capability එකක් නැහැ. ඒ වෙනුවට, electrical diagnostics අවශ්‍ය වේ.

7. Non-ECU Controlled Parts

   • Fuel pump failure, clutch issues, manual gearbox faults, or even timing chain/belt problems හෝ excessive engine noise වැනි දේ OBD-II system එක detect නොකරනවා.

8. Wheel Alignment Issues

   • Misaligned wheels, tire wear, or wheel balancing issues OBD-II system එකෙන් detect කළ නොහැක.

9. Instrument Cluster Malfunctions

   • Fuel gauge, speedometer, or odometer malfunctions OBD-II system එක detect නොකරනවා, ඒවා electronic systems වල faults හැඳින්වුවත්, direct response එකක් නැහැ.

10. Body or Chassis Faults

    • Vehicle body issues (like door locks, and window regulators) or chassis problems (like rust or structural damage) detect කළ නොහැක.

මෙවැනි ප්‍රශ්න resolve කිරීම සඳහා manual inspection, mechanical expertise, and physical diagnosis methods භාවිතා කිරීම වැදගත් වනවා. OBD-II system එක primarily emissions and engine control unit (ECU)-related problems ගැන දැනුවත් කිරීමක් සඳහාය.
